Completely broken on arrival - waste of money

After reading great reviews, I was excited to try this product. Unfortunately, it arrived completely broken and would not even turn on. The customer service was unresponsive and I had to wait over a month for a replacement which also had issues. Very frustrated with this experience. This is the worst purchase I have ever made. Do not buy this terrible product.
