Completely ignored my complaint
Filed a complaint three times and got zero response. Sent emails, called, used live chat - nothing. They took my money and disappeared. This company has no integrity. Disgusting business practices. I will be reporting them to consumer protection agencies.

Has anyone else had issues with the strap breaking? Mine snapped after normal use. Wondering if its a common defect or just bad luck on my part.
