Jan 5, 2024 Terrible delivery - never again
Package arrived damaged and a week late. No tracking updates were provided and when I called support, I was put on hold for 45 minutes only to be hung up on. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am furious. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Complete waste of time and money.

Standard service nothing special
Contacted support about a minor issue. They responded in about 2 days which is acceptable. Problem was eventually resolved though it took a few back and forth emails. Not amazing but not terrible either. Just normal.
