Terrible delivery - never again

Package arrived damaged and a week late. No tracking updates were provided and when I called support, I was put on hold for 45 minutes only to be hung up on. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am furious. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Complete waste of time and money.

Completely ignored my complaint

Filed a complaint three times and got zero response. Sent emails, called, used live chat - nothing. They took my money and disappeared. This company has no integrity. Disgusting business practices. I will be reporting them to consumer protection agencies.
